Made it, all the way to the end.

What a challenge, what a trip,

What a thrilling, annoying pain it’s been!

Write a poem they said,

It’ll be so much fun, just write

Til your brain is dried up and dead.

I like to write, it’s true I do,

But I prefer the novel length,

To the poetic words few.

But we made to the last day

Can’t believe it myself,

With all the fumbles along the way.

So the good poems are few,

In this month-long quest,

But thanks for giving them a view,

Time to give it a rest.
